I hired this company for an epoxy garage floor in September 2019. I told the owner that I was dissatisfied with the final work as there were divots and the cracks were still visible. I was told that it would be resolved. When I would text or call to find out when this would be resolved my calls and texts were ignored many times. On October 19 2019 the owner told me that the work could not be completed until next spring as it was too cold for pouring epoxy but it would be done in the spring. I did not hear from the owner in 2020. I called him July 3 2020 to find out when this project would be completed to my satisfaction. He did not respond. I called several times and left several texts with no response. To date I have not heard back from the owner and the issues have not been resolved. I write this in the hope that this never happens to anyone else. To be ignored is frustrating and totally disrespectful!! I am very dissatisfied with this company!! Service: Flooring
