Clip & Snip Dog Grooming

We have been using Clip n Snip for years and have brought many of our dogs here. We have usually been satisfied with the service, but our new dog doesn’t seem to be getting the same service our past pets have. First of all, they don’t take debit or credit cards- cash or check only which is a minor annoyance. I also don’t think they shampoo the dogs anymore. My pup doesn’t smell fresh and clean after grooming, and seems to have a dry shampoo or scented powder put on because the coat has some kind of powdery substance on it. My pup has also had eye irritation after the last few groomings- not sure if it’s the powder or hair in the eyes. We also noticed little scabs on our pup after grooming. It looks like maybe little burns from the shears being too hot or too dull. Every time we pick our pup up, some of the nails were missed when being cut down as well. We have decided to start bringing our pup to a new groomer in the future due to the issues we have had, since we have had them after every single grooming.
