The employees here are very friendly and easy to work with. Everyone works together as a team to reach our goals. If you put your vacation slip in advance like Bayside ask, 80% of the time you will get the requested time off. The management here at Bayside Machine is very understanding and is willing to work with Employees in all different types of situations. There is always fresh coffee in the morning and throughout the day in the company breakroom at each location. The company does a great job with putting on company outings like grill outs, fish fries, ice cream trucks, baseball games and much more. Also, for your birthday they give you a gift card to kwik trip and on Christmas you get a bonus based on years served with Bayside Machine.
I started at Bayside Machine knowing very little about the industry. I can tell you that I have learned many things in this industry in my 3 years of working here. I have gained knowledge in the fabrication shop, Machine shop, Inventory, Estimating and Routing, etc.
I would recommend Bayside Machine Corp. to anyone looking to learn the industry, as well as skilled machinist already in the trade. Bayside takes pride in their work and their employees, you're not just a number here your part of the family.
