        Very nice man but lost comforter (they replaced), lost chain on shirt, stains not treated on clothes, forgot to return clothes...Really wanted it to work and needed the help with 2 special needs kids at home...cannot recommend.

        I cannot say enough about this service I have used for many years! Sometimes I use them frequently and then other times there are gaps. It doesn't matter, I place my Premier Pick-up bag on the porch on the designated day and they are there! When I see they picked up without a call, it makes me smile. This last service, they kindly packaged and returned with my blouse, a special pin I had on my collar. It was in a clearly marked envelope attached to the garment. Still smiling! Thank you Premier Express for your excellent, honest, consistent service!!! Kellie

        This review is misleading, because while we lived in Green Bay our service was awesome. However we moved 6 months ago, and after numerous attempts to get them to cancel the reminder phone calls, I thought I would resort to this. The weekly calls are bordering on harrassment.
