I was so excited when I finally was able to get in again for an appointment because I was so happy with my results last time.... however I am currently sitting in my car because I am not able to get my hair done because my son is with me. When I was just here in early September, my son sat next to me and watched a movie while I got my hair done. There was no problem and everything was great. Today the lady came up to me and told me that I would only be able to go out on the floor so someone would have to come and watch my son. This is something that needs to be shared before the appointment, especially when there was no problem two months ago. If I would have known this was the case, I would have made prior arrangements. I am seriously furious because being a teacher there are very few times that I am able to come and I have been looking forward to this appointment for so long. I seriously cannot believe the lack of professionalism. I know it sounds silly, but there are very few things that you do for yourself once you are a parent, and I was really looking forward to a new cut and color. This was my birthday present to myself... Happy birthday to me. 😒
