Our dental insurance changed and they were the only ones in town that took our insurance. I made an appointment for 5 of us. (Not me, thank GOD) When my kids went in, they took off work to go, they waited over 3 hours. Yes, I am not lying. 3 Hours. This was kust for a cleaning. I was out of town, so my husband went down to sit with my kids. Really? No apologies, nothing. My husband texted me at work and told me what was going on. So I called there and ask them what was going on. Actually, I had a few choice words for them. My kids sat there, waited for their appointments and people came in after them, went in and left before them. ???, Still no apologies. My husbands appointment was a few weeks after my kids. I told him to cancel. He said, no, it's made, I will just go. He went, he also took work off, he waited 2 hours, then they took x-rays etc. He waited an additional 45 minutes in the room for the dentist, he came in, said your x-rays look good, you can go out and make an appointment for your cleaning. Are you f-ing kidding me? This was his cleaning appointment. I wrote a letter to their headquarters and no response. This happened a few years ago, but I seen these latest reviews and noticed they haven't changed. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Never never ever go here.
