My wife and I hired Dave to inspect our single family Madison home after an accepted offer in March 2021. He was quick to respond to our call, and we were able to schedule the inspection days later. On the day of the inspection, Dave walked us room to room, explaining all notable findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Even for things that were not dramatic or needing repairs, he was quick to answer our questions and give us peace of mind. His report (that he sent us the same day) was very thorough and informative, and it provided a helpful regular maintenance checklist so we can keep our new home in great shape. The inspection cost was also very reasonable given the level of attention he demonstrated. All in all, I would happily recommend Dave if you're looking for a home inspection.

Working with Dave was great! We were lucky enough to get an inspection setup very quickly after we received notice that our offer was accepted. We met with him for the last hour or so of the inspection and he walked around and pointed everything notable to us and explained everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. The report was very easy to read and understand as well and we got that on the same day leaving us with plenty of time to coordinate follow up inspections with specialists.

Dave did a home inspection for my fiancé and I. Dave was amazing and explained everything along the way i.e. what he was looking at and what he was looking for. Dave kept me informed the whole inspection! Report is very detailed and has a nice summary at the end to wrap everything up. His wife, Pat, does his scheduling. She was very knowledgeable on things as well. We had kind of a different situation with our house, and she was always positive and helped us out through the whole thing. This is the second home inspection we have had Dave do and nothing but impressed. He gets in every inch of the house and misses nothing. Great guy to work with and even easier to talk to. He is the real deal.

Dave did a home inspection on a duplex for me. As a first time home buyer, he did a great job explaining different aspects of the home and helping me prioritize repairs. The report was very thorough and still easy to read.
