Today was the first time that I came to Pine Cone Home Decor, and I was excited because I found some cute items to buy. But as soon as I got to the checkout, I was absolutely appalled. The owner happened to be the lady who checked me out and she was extremely unpleasant. She made no attempt to be friendly or welcoming from the minute that we entered the store. She didn't smile once, was cold, had an attitude, and just rude! I was also with my mom, grandma, and great aunt, who all agreed that she was extremely rude. My mom asked to purchase one item that happened to be the last one (also the display), and was very hostile towards my mom about it all. It's a shame that the owner is so cold and unwelcoming since some of the items in the shop were cute. Customer service is everything in a business and when you act as rude and cold as that, it's how you lose customers and ensure they don't return. Needless to say, we will not ever be returning.

Bought a beautiful log futon! It was handmade in Kaukauna. The owners are very friendly and helpful! We have a cabin close and frequent this store often. They delivered our futon in a trailer 20 mins away w/o charging us. He also disposed of our old sofa! I cannot get service like that where we leave in the Appleton area. The last time we purchased a few decor items. The owner helped us locate the particular candle we needed and made sure we had batteries for it. Then she had a long discussion with my husband about a comforter set. I normally do not take the time to do reviews but after I saw the other reviews I felt compelled to share my families’ experiences in this shop. They treat you with kindness and respect. Just what you would expect in Crivitz, WI.

Beautiful store with great home decor pieces! Coffee shop next door is awesome, too! However, owner (woman) looks angry and is rude and not thankful to her customers. The gentleman, who I’m thinking may own it as well is always friendly and thankful whenever we’ve gone in, along with other customers. Please don’t have drinks or food from coffee shop in the home decor store as female owner will rudely tell you to leave and “move along” like you’re a child. As female health professionals we’ve not been treated so rude, even by our patients. This has happened to other friends and family some of which are locals when shopping here. Sad as it’s a great place and gentleman owner is clearly a professional with an awesome customer service attitude! Who I suggest the female business owner should take lessons from!
