Excellent work from Sims on our new roof from quoting process through final clean up. Jon is an expert and patiently answered all my technical questions, and provided very competitive quote. Hard working team replaced roof paying attention to all the little details right on schedule. Roof looks great.

I had my roof recently replaced by SIMS. Their customer service was exceptional. They completed the work within a day and maintained a high level of quality. I would definitely recommend them for future exterior work.

I had SIMS do siding, roof and front door replacement and would not recommend them to anyone. It took a year for the project to be completed on about a dozen occasions. Everytime it was a different employee and all seemed to lack experience or skill. Simple things like matching the color of the trim for the door required multiple visits over months, the siding was cut short and not fixed until I said something, nails we're left everywhere after the siding was replaced and the front door was ordered to swing the wrong way are just a few of the issues. It seems like SIMS has gotten to big to fast and doesnt have the trained employees to complete quality work.
