        In a time when materials and workforce issues often cause delays and quality concerns, Perla seems to know how to overcome these obstacles. I share a driveway with three neighbors. Leonard and his crew were always in touch with us and listened to and addressed our concerns. In 4 or 5 days, they pulled off a project I figured would take a week or longer. Even with a day of rain in the mix. Service: Asphalt paving & repair
