Prairie Ridge Health Hospital

I truly could not recommend Prairie Ridge more - we have loved all of our experiences here including the birth of our two children and multiple visits to the ER/urgent care. Each time we have been to the ER/urgent care, we have been seen quickly (or at least as quickly as I could see being possible with others in a waiting room). Most visits we were seen within 5 minutes of arrival! The nurses and doctors listened to our concerns and we felt heard each time. Appropriate treatments were given each time and it is clearly labeled in the lobby what tests/treatments would move the visit from urgent care to ER, and we never felt like doctors pushed for anything unnecessary that would be costly to us. My experiences with Prairie Ridge through my pregnancies, through labor & delivery, and with postpartum care have been nothing short of incredible. I have recommended getting antenatal, L&D, and postpartum care here to so many of my loved ones and cannot say enough about how amazing they are. They truly care about all aspects of pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, and there is nowhere else I would have rather delivered my children. After speaking with multiple friends about their experiences at other hospitals and clinics, I can very safely say there is nowhere that beats Prairie Ridge when it comes to pregnancy and birth care.

I recently moved to Columbus, WI and received care at Prairie Ridge Health. The staff and care provided was exceptional! Special thanks to Andrew, Ashley, Becky, Karol and Dr. Galvin! Definitely a 5-Star experience in healthcare.

Horrible billing department. Refusing to work with us when insurance is taking forever to cover our bill.
