Were not helpful at all, and was handled rudely when I had questions and charged a lot for poor service. I thought you brought them your tax return info to have them help you get the most out of your refund. I ended up paying in which is something I wouldn't have had to do if I had just done them myself. And I wanted to get information on why my taxes were that way but the lady at desk didn't have the patience for me and was yelling at me and trying to make me feel stupid for not understanding. My girlfriend's taxes were screwed up because apparently her paying rent wasn't taken into account. And instead of the office informing her there's more that can be done, when we showed up she was told oh if only you had brought that information you could've about 1000 more on your return. Information that we would've needed beforehand to make it right. They're not doing their jobs.
