Randy H. and his team are the absolute BEST!! I have never been treated so kind and valued like a member of their family. I will continue to stay with Ford because Randy is such an upstanding person. You can trust him and he values your time and truly wants to find the vehicle you are looking for. He works hard and goes above what he has to because that is the kind person that he is. The service team works hard and always schedules my vehicle for service quickly. They always answer any questions I have and keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle.
