Either find somewhere else or take the risk of dyi'ing whatever you were sent here for.Wouldn't even bring play dough teeth here. The place where dental surgery referrals go to die. You'll get quoted about their "1" surgeon on payroll who sees 1000s+ referrals a day but see no evidence of it. 3 years and counting with an infected tooth needing removal and still only hearing about the "1" surgeon every time I call.

I've been calling every weekday for a week now to make an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal and I can't get through. Every single day no matter what time of day I get the message saying they're busy and to leave a message and they'll get back to me ASAP. I've left 3 messages one of them almost a week ago and still nothing. At this rate I'll never get my wisdom teeth removed just because no one can answer a phone.

I had a painful tooth i woke up with and it was around 5 am so i looked into emergency services and this place is one of 2 in the eau claire area that takes my insurance and after reading reviews i was skeptical about going (this was about a year ago now) but went anyway was there at 7:30 for sign in and everyone seemed friendly enough for just getting the day started and they did warn me about the wait. So i went and sat down and watched some tv they have in the waiting area for 3 hours before i was seen but after the grueling wait they were very quick to get xrays done and and tell me my options but we decided to go ahead and do an extraction and i didnt feel a thing and again this was all done in 30 mins after being put with a dentist who was also very attentive to what i wanted and what the problem was either way this all was a great place and took care of me the same day i recommend this place to anyone who needs emergency work done or money issues i am currently still going thru them
