      image Ken (the owner) and his right hand man Anthony installed a Vermont Casting, free standing fireplace for us. We purchased it used online and most HVAC businesses wont consider working on equipment that they didnt sell. However, 1st Call had no problem with that. Highly recommend them!
      Friendly, helpful, and they welcome questions. A pleasure to work with.

      image Wonderful experience from quote to installation! Ken came out and took a look at our furnace, gave us honest, straightforward answers to all our questions; gave us a reasonable price for a new furnace and was super fast with installing our new furnace-we gave him the go ahead on Tuesday and today (Friday) everything was installed and running before I returned home from work! 10 out of 10 will be recommending Ken and 1st Call to all our family & friends!

      image Ken and Denise were very helpful. They did not just shove a price at me when my furnace went out. They went above and beyond to find the best option for my family. I can not thank them enough for all of their help. This will be the only place for our family to go for any heating or cooling needs. Honest, helpful and kind people are hard to come by these days! I would give 100 stars if I could.
