Blazin Towing

I called my roadside assistance and they connected me with this very unprofessional company Blazin Towing. I would definitely NOT recommend this towing company to anyone, they NEVER showed up and didn’t even have the common courtesy to give me a call. No call no show to any customer means they need to be out of business.

Towed my girl’s car. Picked it up with a blown radiator hose, dropped it off with a damaged front bumper and impacted rear hatch but it’s all on video. Mint condition California car ruined. Hopefully they bent the frame so it can be totaled out.

Horrible Service! Do not use this towing company. The driver had no clue on how to hook up my car. I had to tell him hey that bolt is going to damage my car. He tells me I am glad you saw that. Then he improperly hooks my car to my tires to drag my car instead of putting the entire car on the flatbed. When we arrived to my home I noticed my car damaged. The driver had no license on him, no plates on the truck, dispatcher unprofessional and rude. Refused to give me the manager's full name. Luckily the driver had the insurance card in the vehicle. I reported this company to my Allstate Roadside and file a claim with both insurance companies. This is unacceptable!!

Called at 11:11am for a tow and was told about 30 min, called at 12:30pm, said another 30 to 45 minutes, it is now 1:45pm and there is still no tow here. $80.00 for an almost 3 he wait. That is double the time of original time stated... sad...they say business is slow because if COVID-19 no business is slow because of the company not the lack of business. Gotta find someone to tow this car..😡😡🤔🤔 Service: Car towing
