Baylake Landscape

Bought a house that had extensive Bay Lake work.  It's actually shown on their website under completed projects.  It doesn't look so good now with two sections of retaining wall falling over.  Close to 45 feet of wall is impacted.  Repeated emails, calls and in person discussions have been ignored.  All I want is to repair it, I don't expect any warranty, just want it fixed.  Good luck to other customers.

We shared the work project with R. Johnson, whose review from six years ago appears here. My impression was much more positive. The owner responded to our requests, the changes were largely initiated by us, and many years later we have a nicely landscaped yard. I have initiated another project with Baylake Landscape, and I hope we can work with them in the future.

Not only do they do excellent work, the crew and owners are great to work with. Our retaining walls, steps and brick patio were designed well and the end product is beautiful.
