        As a 30 year old with bad knees, one of the best decisions I've made! So many benefits and positives: increased flexibility and strength, low impact, helps with body positivity, friendly staff and great instructors, all the benefits of sweating (lose water weight before that hot date!), perfect for introverts, etc. A great experience all around!

        Used to love coming for the Bikram 90 minute classes that were the original and only class type at this studio. They now offer zero Bikram 90 minute classes (only 60 and 30 min which is a joke). They have diluted good yoga and its no longer worthwhile going to this studio which is such a bummer. #theyruinedit
