I was here several years ago for my green anole. He had an infected eye and happened to notice a tumor near his eye as well. Gave me meds for his eye and he was as good as new and they reassured me that the tumor shouldnt affect him. Hes still going strong and hes about six years old, plus who knows how old he was when I first got him. I was impressed that they would treat exotic pets like reptiles including one as small as him that isnt tame at all. I took him I believe in early 21 so I had to wait in the car but once he was taken inside by them it went pretty quickly.

Was told my duck Peggy had metal toxicity by this place. She doesn't have that. She's egg bound and now because of this I can not get the egg out because of a vet who thinks she knows something but knows nothing but how to not listen to the pet owner. This place only made me $500 lighter in the wallet. Here's a picture of her still alive eating when they said she would be dead by nights end.

Ill never have enough good things to say about Brook Falls and Dr Kase. Took my bunny Misty there today to address a URI and Dr Kase was just amazing with her. I would absolutely trust them with any of my small animals. Thank you Brook Falls for getting me in the same day!

I've always taken my hedgehogs to Brook-Falls, but now I have two cats. One of my cats has been having many behavioral issues. Dr Sweet and the technician who's name I wish I remembered, were amazing. They listened to every single detail I had, gave me options, and they each spent a full hour with me during my appointment time which they did not have to do. It's now been around 2 months since we started a medication regiment and it's working wonders. I would not have my sanity today without this incredible team! My initial review from around 3-4 years ago: I was nervous taking my Hedgehog to the vet for the first time, as I've never had experience with an exotic vet before and never been to this facility. All of the staff were amazing and so nice! Dr. Wittenburg made sure I knew what she was doing at all times and had the best trick for getting Basil to open up; something that isn't easy to do with a grumpy hedgehog! The price was amazing, and they made sure I didn't have any questions. Would definitely go back, and will for Basil's exam next year. Thank you!
