Alarm System Innovators Inc

We have been with this company for several years. I am not sure who these 5-star ratings are from, but we have been dissatisfied with the service we have been getting. Our alarm system has become dysfunctional and does not operate properly. We have made many queries to have the alarm functional again, however, they never answer their phones, not even during the middle of business hours! And they are not very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting nor resolving simple matters. They are only good if you are willing to wait a week for a response to a voicemail. If there is an emergency situation, forget about it! We are shopping for another company.

We just purchased a high quality & high tech wireless security system from Alarm System Innovators. It includes all the latest & greatest features on the market, not to mention it was very affordable. The installation was exceptional along with excellent service & thorough training that we received. In the end there’s nothing like getting what you want and getting great value, so our family couldn't be happier.

My wife and I just put an 24-hour monitoring system in our new house this past summer! It has worked great and had no problems! We now feel more safe than ever. ASI's great customer service and quick communication lead us to feel comfortable with them from the very beginning!
