Horrible front desk attendants!! They didn't know what procedure I was getting in what eye and argued with me about it and had me panicked. They did the same thing on my follow up appointment telling me I had another procedure. Very uneducated, unprofessional, and unprepared

These people are really great! I had the best customer experience I've ever had in my life here. If you are considering Lasik, this is the place to go. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation!

I was nervous to have the procedure, but I'm soooo glad I did! It's a great feeling, after over 20+ years of glasses/contacts to see clearly without them. No pain during the quick procedure, very little discomfort in the hours afterward; friendly & knowledgeable staff; most reasonably priced in the area-- Totally worth it, highly recommended!!!!

Stood by door for 15 minutes for my exam. No one came to door. Had a lovely conversation with another client or I would’ve left 10 minutes earlier.
If you mess up the first experience, I can only imagine what else were to occur.

I am kind of shocked at how I was treated when I got my Lasik. The lady who did my tests was great and helpful. But the lady who took my payment was nothing but... I was informed my total was going to be a certain amount. This lady charged me a different price. I was also told my payments per month would be different with extra months vs what she charged me. instead of paying two years I get one year. She charged my account before I even approved her to do so. I explained that this is what I was given and she didn't believe me. The one doctor who did my post op also made me feel like I was just another number for them to make money. He goes "well now we write you off and never see you again." Pretty much telling me to get the heck out so they can get someone else in the chair. I was so excited to get Lasik but with how I was treated I wish I would have found a place that cared about me as a person and not just a number. I should have stuck with my gut and not got Lasik.... Upset with the way I was treated and how the front desk did not listen to me as if I wasn't being honest... I would have brought all my paperwork with if I know it was going to be that big of a deal. They also screwed up with CareCredit and I had to sit on the phone for almost two hours to get my account fixed.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
