Nate Lighthart is amazing to work with .He is always available and explains things clearly .What separates Nate from many people is that he CARES about his clients needs and makes sure they get best service there is .I probably was not easiest customer but not once he let on go and I respect him for this .Finally ,I could not have asked for better agent to work with .Thanks Nate !

It's been all integrity and decency with Bob Dummer being our insurance agent. He's able to compare the companies from his 'insider' perspective, and give us the best coverage at the most reasonable and fair rates. Bob communicates back to us within the same day and we can't recommend him highly enough.

Bob Dummer from P&C Ins was my agent for my rental properties. Over the 2 year I had him as an agent here are a few of the issues I encountered.
-Improper name change on policy with policy holder sending account to collections ( bob put a company name on a personal policy)
-Failure to remove biz equipment from policy was on my policy for over a year with out owning it and took Bob 3 months to clear up.
-Emails take a few weeks to answer when you question why you have certain policies, he will respond with " I have more important things in office to handle
If you are looking for an agent with looks out for your biz and pocketbook, I would suggest looking for another company to fulfill those needs. I hire professionals for a professional job, you will not receive that here.
