        If 0 star was an option I would definitely chose that. Order placed on Feb 12 and as per their shipping policy supposed to arrive within a week as it's just a shirt nothing custome made. Started calling them 3 weeks later for a whole week no clear and honest info from Gino. Got hold of another person who profusely apologized on his behalf and told me it's backordered and they have no idea when will be available. How honest is that? How difficult was it to give me a true information and even more inform me much earlier that it is backordered. Not a drop of respect and honesty in this company. This in response to your response. My complaint is about your honesty and transparency. We all understand supply issues and that things can happen but none of that prevents you from good and honest communication with your clients. Reflect about that!

      Vahagn Azizyan;We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience dealing with Gaspard, Inc. Please know that we take ALL reviews seriously. We realize that you had placed your order on February 12, 2022, for your clergy shirt(s) and sincerely appreciate your business. Typically we can fulfill and ship immediately if clergy shirts are in stock, and if not in stock, ship within 2 weeks from your order date. Not sure if you are aware of this, but there are a handful of items that Gaspard offers that we DO NOT produce, and clergy shirts are one of them. We deal with a domestic supplier for our shirts and have been for many years, they too, including Gaspard, Inc., have been greatly impacted by the supply chain issues that still plague our nation. Yes, our production and shipping times may have increased because of this, however, rest assured we are doing everything possible to minimize the delay with improved planning on fulfillment for your needs.We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and hope you will not let this experience deter you from working with us in the near future.God Bless.
