image In this day & age of violence to schools, churches & other public places & to their attendees, it is wise to be cautious. It has been said, "If you see something, say something."
When our members & neighbors notice an unrecognized vehicle in the parking lot, especially when there are no services going on, they are naturally going to wonder why that vehicle is there.
"No through traffic" signs have been posted. We would rather not have to close either entrance or to call police.

image I came here to post a review on how I was just treated by a man, I'm assuming a pastor or minister of the church, when I saw another review that strangely mirrors my experience. I had pulled off Greenfield Rd to respond to some rather urgent text messages that came in on my ride home from work on a Sunday evening. It was completely dark at 6pm, as it's Nov. All of a sudden, a car pulls up next to me and stops. As a women, I have to stay aware and careful of my environment, so I pulled up and away from the car since I had no idea who would be stopping next to me and didn't recognize the car, but parked again closer to the exit, as I was not done with my conversation. At this point the other car pulls up again, swings around and parks in front of me to block my path/leaving. I was obviously concerned and was ready to reverse and leave when an older man jumps out of the car and starts yelling at me, "what are you doing parked here?!" And that I, "need to leave!" He proceeded to beret me for not wanting to talk to him.... a stranger in a dark parking lot...and acted as if I was doing something wrong by sitting in my car. He proceeded to ramble while yelling at me asking such things like if I went to church that day, why I didn't pull in the bar parking lot next door instead, questioned my faith, then yell at me that church is for God not the public, then continued to yell at me that maybe I should talk to God if I have to have conversations on the way home. What the....?! Is this guy for real?! It was like a crazy weird punked show, how he was acting. So over the top, pacing back and forth. I was almost expecting foaming at the mouth at this point. This man is no representation of any church I would ever attend and clearly his actions were not an isolated incident (based on the previous review). He also told me he was calling the police on me......for sitting in a church parking lot, in my own car, while it was running, for maybe 5 minutes, max. Are you kidding me? This is the "christian" way to act?! Wow! Sir, maybe you should reevaluate how you treat others, you know, maybe pray on it. I'm pretty sure there's a book that discusses how to treat people, maybe you've heard of it? Actually, you should probably just find another line of work because you're clearly not right for the one you're in.
