        Ive been taking my Cadillac Escalade for service during the last 5 years. I received personal attention from Ryan. He was honest, helpful and gave great advice. He never pushed but the opposite. Sometimes he just said: your car doesnt need this done. The job was always well done, in a timely manner. Thank you, Ryan.

        Lack of attention to detail in service department is at best, incompetent, at worst, intentional. by not documenting the cars man problems in writing on the service orders, they have left me with a lemon for a car with no recourse though the lemon law
