-0 stars. I wouldn't trust this company at all.  I know someone who was let go with made up bad work reviews just so they could hire someone cheaper. And told him when he came back from a 2week vacation. Also made him sign legal paperwork that he couldn't say bad things about Ariens. Age discrimination.

Zero product support. No customer service. Shodily made product. Very scummy to not even list a number on any paperwork or your website. Shamefully crooked way of doing business...

The Ariens museum has a large amount to see in a small area. There are lots of tractors, farm instruments, snowmobiles, and more for you to see. It has a good history of the company and enough to keep a kid entertained. I would recommend it to anyone in the area or passing through town.

Purchased a Gravely Styx in April 2020. Right hydrostat made excessive noise when cold. From day after purchase until mid August mower was in shop 4 times and not repaired. I called Gravely and explained situation to them. Mower only had 18 hours and noise was getting worse each time it was used. Asked for a trade assist and was denied. Owner traded with me but I lost 1900.00 on a 3 month old 18 hour mower. I would like for someone to call me from Gravely or Arian’s so we can discuss this issue. I have a video of the concern with audio but have been unable to find an e mail address that will accept an attachment. Very disappointed. We will see if someone gets in touch with me!!!!!!!!!!
