I worked with Nate in upgrading our church's sound system. The timing couldn't have been better. With Nate's help and expertise we were able to live stream our services during COVID. Nate is always quick to respond to any questions or issues we have.

In 2018, I was in charge of upgrading our church's 40-year old sound system. This was a large project as we were looking to upgrade the sound and add a large screen TV to our 1897 sanctuary and a separate but connected audio/visual system in our fellowship hall. We had a year of frustration by meeting with two (recommended) Fox Valley A/V vendors and then being ghosted by both. It was then I discovered Nathan of Hull Audio Video. He's right in our backyard, located a few miles from the church. I wish I had known this before wasting my time with the other vendors. As an IT consultant, I am familiar with installing hardware in old buildings. I knew the challenges involved, and Nathan went above and beyond ensuring a clean and professional installation. I was fortunate enough to help Nathan; I witnessed the care and consideration he put into our project. Due to his dedication, the new system was operational for the 2019 Christmas season - just as we requested. With any new equipment, you need to know how to use it. Again, Nathan did an excellent job getting our Tech Team quickly up to speed. Even after the initial training, he answered our questions. Now, 18-months after the installation, Nathan is always willing to help when needed. When we wanted to live-stream services due to COVID19, he made some minor equipment tweaks to make that happen. Nate helped us upgrade our entire sound system and installed a very user friendly live recording system. He was extremely patient with us and taught us how to use it. He was, and still is, always available to assist us when needed, even months after the installation. We are extremely happy with both the equipment and the professional, timely service that we still getting from Hull Audio Video. We would highly recommend them to everyone!
