Granary Restaurant

First night for their fish fry. Huge filets, ordered the family fish fry, had leftovers with 4 adults eating.

Picture yourself driving 695 miles from Kansas City to Boulder Junction for the tenth year in a row to have breakfast at The Granary, a favorite breakfast spot. Then imagine learning, after you walk in to be seated, that the restaurant has just been sold and the new owners are Michael and Brian. As the shock starts to wear off, you are impressed with the beautiful new tables and new wall decor. Once breakfast has been served, you breathe a sigh of relief that the quality of your breakfast hasn’t slipped at ALL and the service is even better than before. Congratulations to Michael and Brian!

We have visited twice since the new owners took over. My son had the French toast and said it was the best he ever tasted! I had the mushroom and spinach omelette. It was amazing. My husband had the Reel ‘em Inn….and said it was absolutely delicious…a large breakfast and he ate every bite. Nice job Michael and Brian on giving us a new place to try with more only delicious food, but fun and friendly service as well!!

We had the Friday night Fish Fry! What a great treat! The biscuit is a must in place of the rye bread! Cajun or regular the filets are huge, I couldn't eat the whole thing!

Wonderful and friendly service (only one waitress and she was phenomenal)....quick service, and food was delicious, hot and plentiful.
