        I contacted Total Exteriors because their website stated that they respond within a few hours. > > I needed replacement of a piece of siding that was at a height greater than I could reach with a step ladder. > > I made the first contact at 10:30 AM and they quickly responded, saying that a rep would be here by 2:30 PM. Chad arrived at 1:00 PM and with the help of Adam, they had the piece replaced and they were on their way by 2:00 PM. > They met my expectations and did a great job. If the need arises, I'll contact Total Exteriors in the future.
