Beloit Convenient Care

Tried going there today, the lady at the front desk said they haven't had Convenience Care there since before covid. Update your website so people don't waste their time.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any clinic Ive ever seen. If you call you may get hung up on or just wait on hold for over an hour this place is a joke. Also the nurses are so rude and disrespectful.

If you have 5 hours to waste before even being seen. When you are in the worst pain of your life this is the place for you. As for me money is time and I dont like to waste either. And would like to have them at least care about their parents.

After I cut my Finger at work, I went to the emergency room and after waiting for over an hour and not one single person being called back I decided to go elsewhere because I was just sitting there bleeding. I was going to go to North point and then when I went past convenient care I saw that there was only one car there, So I decided to go and see if they could help me. I'm so glad I did, the ladies at the front desk were so sweet to me and the nurses and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that was happening to me because I had never been in that situation before and I am a giant baby when it comes to those kinds of things anyway. Even though I was there alone I definitely did not feel alone. The nurses were very attentive and did everything they could to help me stay calm. The doctor was full of jokes and was very kind in a bad situation. I know some people don't have good things to say about the Beloit health system but this time I couldn't be more satisfied .
