Little sceptical on taking my mom there. So many doctors changing my moms meds and making her uncomfortable. That nobody listens.

You treat people very well. The staff explains things in a way you can understand. They also show that they really care.

Terrible experience after having switched from Madison after six years to Sauk, Dr Bryce was first class, sadly he retired. PA Karen Wayda was and is a horrible PA as well as a horrible person, always trying to provoke a person, short, and unfriendly. She falsified my medical records, made things up, lied about my lab test results and discharged me as a patient! If you have her as a PA, get copies of your medical records, I am sure I am not her only target! After alerting HR, whom apparently did nothing and Dr. Bryce he took me back as a patient and put a note in my chart re: Wayda’s inappropriate behaviors, trying to clean up her nastiness. We had a good relationship as well as my new PA Tanya ! Dr. Bryce recently retired and Tanya moved on. My last appointment went badly, with Wayda’s influence they gave me no options but to go back to the Sauk Clinic with Wayda, then send me a letter saying I was disruptive and to find a new clinic! Run don’t walk away from this clinic, your best interests are not in her game game plan! There are some great PA’s like Lindsay but the Drs. I have met, other than Dr Bryce are fussy and ego centered (Dr. Keene). Terrible experience for a senior citizen with significant pathology to have to endure!
