    My recent experience at Mansards for my home improvement needs left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to an unfortunate encounter with one of the staff members, John. Upon entering the store, I was met with hostility and discrimination from John, whose racist behavior towards me was completely unacceptable. Despite my attempts to overlook his inappropriate conduct and focus on my shopping needs, John's disrespectful demeanor persisted, making it clear that he was unwelcoming and unwilling to provide me with the assistance I deserved as a customer. To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to the attention of the store manager, rather than addressing the problem and ensuring that I felt valued and respected as a customer, the manager seemed more concerned with asking me to leave the premises. This dismissive response only served to exacerbate the situation, leaving me feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the store manager. In conclusion, while I cannot speak to the overall quality of Mansards as a store due to the unfortunate behavior of one individual, I feel compelled to caution others to avoid interacting with John. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and it is imperative that businesses take proactive measures to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect. As for the store manager, their failure to address the issue in a satisfactory manner only serves to further underscore the need for improvement in their management approach.

    They usually have everything I need for gardening and outdoor renovations. The plants are a little pricey here and not a huge selection. Their seasonal displays are usually pretty great, especially around Halloween and Christmas.

    menards is running spams. they didn't give me my whole refund because employee says it shows rebate was sent in which I never sent I even had the whole receipt

    All Beaver Dam staff were helpful. But, "Higgins" went above and beyond to provide great customer service. He found a tarp to protect my rental car's trunk and loaded several cement pavers. He did this with a kind, and gracious spirit. Thank you Higgins amd Menards!
