image There service department was the most unprofessional. They said that Polaris won’t warranty my complaint. So they never submitted warranty claim. When I talked to Polaris directly. They said it’s not the dealerships choosing who or what they warranty. The dealership needs to send every warranty claim in and they Polaris make that decision. That shows you how much they do not know nothing about Polaris equipment. They Tried to make me pay the bill. After me wanting to show them the oils that were very metal filled. Didn’t even show the tech pictures or the oil. So he had no clue what was going on. Week later my transmission went out of it another dealership repaired it correctly. Would never recommend the service manager or the store manager for power sports company ever again.
