DO NOT rent from Katz. Horrible management. James Justinger, the regional manager, will avoid speaking and dealing with any problems. Amanda Oswald, the receptionist or whatever she does is comically unhelpful and straight up rude. Jennifer Loribecki has no idea what's going on. She just asked me to pay for rent in an apartment I'm not even living at. She threatened to take us to court. ON WHAT GROUNDS????? I would love to see you in court. Katz's motto/slogan is "we take pride in our properties". I call bullcrap. How much are you going to care about your properties if you don't even take care of your tenants? Speaking of "taking pride in your properties", is covering up TOXIC black mold taking pride in your property? Not only did my boyfriend get sick from that, so did I. We had to stay an hour away with family. James promised he'd resolve the problem, however, it's been a month and I have not heard anything from him. All I want is to be heard. Do I not deserve respect? It's common courtesy. JUST TALK TO ME. Only helpful people that's been in communication with us is our property manager, Paul, and the leasing specialist, Alex. Although, there's not much they can do with my situation. If you think I'm exaggerating, please just simply scroll down. There are hundreds of bad reviews for Katz Properties. Look on Better Business Bureau. Look on Nextdoor. Look on apartments.com. Ask your next door neighbor and they will tell you to NEVER RENT FROM KATZ. I hope Daniel Katz is having a great time in his mansion in Boca Raton, Florida, while his tenants are living in toxic and filthy apartments.

Do not ever rent from Katz properties . They’re impossible to work with , they never sent out maintenance right away, never answered emails ( I would literally have to call 4 times a week to get anything done) & will do anything in there power to do as little as possible. 100% do not recommend to anyone

This place is waiting for a class action lawsuit. Based on everyone I know that has rented from them or around them in Milwaukee, this reality company is criminal and violates the basic rights as described in the Federal Fair Housing Act. It is unfortunate so many people have had their lives effected by this terrible company. If you are a renter looking up reviews on whether to rent from them or not, look no further. The answer is clearly NO. And I firmly believe that all the positive reviews from "a Google User" are just employees of the company leaving fake reviews to try and continue their lies.
