Rick went out of his way to help me when I was in a pinch. He had a machine break down and instead of telling me I was out of luck, he grabbed a shovel and hand loaded a trailer full of dirt. Please use Rick any chance you have, he’ll get to work for you!

Rick Rock is an experienced landscape designer and has so much plant knowledge. I have gone year for many years and will buy only from him for so many of my plant needs.

Highly recommend Rick as your source to buy hostas and companion plants. His gardens are beautiful and the plants are healthy and disease free. He takes the time to sterilize tools equipment before and after digging and pruning plants. You can walk around the gardens with him or on your own and pick out plants that interest you. He will give you a price based on the size of the plant you want. You can buy the whole mature plant, a division from it, or smaller ones growing in pots in the nursery bed. If you need help deciding what will work and look great in your garden, he will take time to help you with your design. During our conversation while making my appointment, he said “ I want you to be successful”. After being there, I know he really meant what he said. I left with beautiful healthy plants and also an education to successfully grow them. Well worth the 3-1/2 hour drive for me to get there. I’ll definitely be going back!! Thank you Rick!!

Rick and his crew did an amazing job landscaping for our new home. After building, we needed a lawn and were dealing with lots of sloping terrain that had the potential for erosion and water damage to the house. Rick took NO shortcuts putting in our yard and it is now paying off a year later! We needed a lot of erosion blankets and waterways created, and two retaining walls. Rick also took his time to talk me through what I would need to do for maintenance to ensure the grass would grow. During all his work, he found problems left by our home building contractors - shotty excavating and crushed drain tile - and he went above and beyond to fix it all for us! He didn't cut any corners, even through all the difficult grading, to ensure we were satisfied, and we are! We'll have Rock Landscape back for our next landscaping project!

Choose Rock Landscaping & Gardens of Baldwin, Wisconsin! Rick was punctual, professional, and created ideas to enhance my hosta masterpiece of a garden that he helped create several years ago. Rick spent quality time on a Sunday with my sister, a family friend, and me as we toured the gardens at his business and discussed ideas for all three of our yards. Those ideas were followed up with selection of the perfect plants and accent pieces for our yards. Thank you, Rock Landscaping and Gardening, for creating such wonderful yards for all of us! We will be back!!!
