Service is bad and slow, ordered an engine from them, $2500! They had it in stock and they dont send them! Do they even want money?

I Ordered a engine 7 weeks ago and was told 5 weeks to complete the engine, but I figured with covid they were a little behind. So I called and talked to chad after 2 weeks past the complete date which Chad has given me, and was told I was on the list for him to call and say they didn't have a good core, but when I ordered the engine I asked if they had good cores and I was told yes. Also they took a full deposit 7 weeks ago. I get things happen but to have someones money for 7 weeks and receive no engine is not acceptable and being told 5 weeks till completion and not starting it till after the finish date is crazy.... poor customer service!!!!!

Excellent company with great products and service! Their warranty program is excellent . Callie and the team are knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to work with. I have worked with others and they are by far the best supplier for great quality products and service.
