        Frank and his staff were amazing and provide full customer service. Shredded front tire and broken rod. When the tow truck would not safely load the car without further damage, Frank called for the flat bed. They both took extra care loading it without damage. I am so very thankful and would highly recommend using this company! Was 60+ miles towing trip. Service: Car towing

        Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with. He legitimately saved the day on Sunday this past weekend. My father was travelling for his annual fishing trip in Manitowish when the car broke down en route in Stevens Point. He was able to tow the vehicle and drive my father home all the way back to Chicago. Wish I would have called him first and not my insurance company. Couldn't be more thankful! Thanks Frank!         Your car breaks down and suddenly your trip goes wayyy sideways. Exhausted and stressed, all you really need is someone to say, "I got you". Thank heavens for Murray Transport and Recovery! Service was super fast, and Frank was professional, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist too (which actually helped a lot). He handled my car with care and expertise and he knew the area like the the back of his hand so I didn't even have to think about details like addresses and directions despite the 100+ mile drive to the service shop. He gave me the price up front over the phone and stuck to it too; so there were no surprises, just good honest small business smarts. My advice is to give yourself a break: skip AAA altogether and just go with the best, Murray Transport & Recovery. I cannot recommend them any more highly!! (Thank you, MT&R, for having my back!)
