I called to get an estimate and was told that someone would get back to me to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and nothing. I stopped into the office and the lady behind the desk was on the phone. I sat there for five minutes and she never bothered to ask who I was or what I wanted.

Incredible results, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. It's reassuring to have detailed communication and on time execution of our agreement. I called Mega Concrete to come out to give quotes on a number of concrete projects we have at our house. An estimator came out, measured up the various projects, making notes on the project drawings I gave him, and I never heard from them again. After three calls asking when I could expect to see a quote/quotes and zero response, I gave up.
