Bergstrom Buick GMC of Appleton

I contacted Bergstrom and spoke with Emily Wille regarding my vehicle that I took to a dealership (Not any Bergstrom dealerships) for warrenty work and they damaged my vehicle. Emily was able to direct me to the right people to contact regarding this issue. She was helpful, kind and patient with me even though this issue was not affiliated with her company. I reached out to Emily a few days later in regards to purchasing a new vehicle through Bergstrom's. She was able to search their inventory, however, at this time they did not have what we are looking for. With the great service I received I will continue to be in contact in hopes we find the vehicle we are looking for!

My salesperson, Tonya Rakun, was so helpful through my entire experience from when I first called inquiring about the 2022 GMC Yukon Denali Duramax, to delivery and walking me through all of the features of my vehicle. There were many questions asked and every single one was answered without hesitation. Bergstrom GMC of Appleton was an amazing dealership to work with. I was greeted at the door when first arriving and nobody was hasseling me to try and get my business, everyone truly just wanted to help and be sure I was comfortable through my entire experience at the dealership.
