My husband needed his measurements for a wedding that's out of state. He called ahead to ask the lady working if it would be okay if he came in and got his measurements since he's not able to be at the out of state fitting. She responded with "I guess that would be okay..." My husband thanked her and got off the phone. He mentioned she sounded really grumpy. We discussed that he should look for a few new pairs of dress pants for work while we're there. We got there and the lady working was being rude to a man there about a rental. Her name started with an "L" my husband thought. She asked if she could help us while already working with the other man. My husband mentioned that he called earlier about getting fitted. She responded with "well since you aren't actually a Men's Wearhouse customer you're going to have to wait until I get done with everything I need to do." I was floored. She never asked us if we planned on purchasing anything which we actually were! I told him we will find some where else where we won't be treated so poorly. We walked next door to SEARS and they did it right away with no problems and were so kind to my husband. I asked them if they had dress pants for men and we ended up walking out of there with 4 pairs. I would not ever suggest Men's Wearhouse to anyone and will continue to do business elsewhere.

Went there with a pic of what we wanted for our wedding, brown sports jacket which they had the exact one in store. The guy then tried to talk us out of buying that one and instead kept showing us black or blue suits and saying that those were better options. He wouldn't let us try on another size to compare fit (measured one size but felt uncomfortable so wanted to try the size down) then told us that if we bought a suit anywhere else it would basically be buying a trash bag. I'm a customer service manager and could not believe his sales pitch! They had exactly what we wanted, would have been an easy sale but because of him not agreeing with the color we were choosing for our wedding and not wanting to sell us what we wanted we went to a competitor and bought a similar sports jacket in the size we wanted! Although the salesman was very friendly his pitch and willingness to adapt to the customer wants were way off!
