KK Sew & Vac is the best place to get machines, machine maintenance, and accessories. They are SO nice and knowledgeable about everything to do with sewing and sewing machines! I love coming here!!

I love being able to contact K&k with question I have. Always friendly and most of all helpful information. Just wish we had them closer. Also checked prices on things and they are usually lower then other shops.

KK Sew & Vac is 1 1/2 hrs from my house, but this is where I will be shopping, etc. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service. I bought my longarm from KK, and about a year later, I had to have service on it. I had taken it to another place closer to home & during 6 weeks & 3 different visits, nothing changed-thread still shredding & skipping stitches. I was so frustrated and ready to toss it in the garbage. So I called KK for one last try & sent Heath pics of what was happening. After he looked at it for a few minutes, he had it completely fixed w/no more thread shreds, breaking, or skipping. I am so glad I called KK, they go above & beyond to help their customers! Thanks again!!

KK Sew & Vac is 2-hours from my house. My friend has her machines serviced by KK Sew and speaks very highly of them so I called to ask when I could schedule an appointment to have my embroidery unit repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered an appointment the following week and told me that I would be able to take my embroidery unit home the same day assuming they had the parts necessary to repair it. Heath identified the problem right away and was able to repair it. I brought my machine in to test the unit after the repair and it ran fine. I mentioned to Heath that I would need to watch the stitch out because my machine tends to have short threat tails which results in the thread coming out of the needle. Heath told me that he knew what caused this and ask me if I would like him to fit the problem. I said yes, please! After a few minutes he had the problem resolved and I havent had any problems since. KK Sew provides fantastic customer service, they are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I am so happy that my friend recommended them to me and I have recommended them to two other friends and will continue to do so. Thank you
