Empty Sewer & Drain LLC

Terrible phone service upon me calling to get the address. I was shopping around drain and sewer companies in the area and the guy who answered the phone was so rude I was beside myself!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If I could choose no stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a service provider in my life. He actually hung up on me on the phone. We had just moved into our house and the sewer drain was draining poorly. He rooted ONLY about 5 feet of the lateral and the water drained slightly better. He said he could come back with a camera if it occurred again. Less than a month later, it happened again. I didn't want this guy back in my house so I bypassed the home warranty and called a different provider. They scoped the whole lateral for less than what this guy charged even with the home warranty. They also came back later in the day with a camera to determine the real problem. THIS GUY SIMPLY STOLE MY MONEY! If you value your self worth, don't bother with this guy!
