Just the pros n cons - you decide friends: I see Dr Shelly Raabe and she is AMAZING! She actually "Cares"! WOW, what a great person and kind. (10 STARS!) I have seen many different Dr. over the years but Shelly is my FAVE! She truly listened to my concerns and helped me every step of the way- without rushing me out. Thank you Shelly for your time and professionalism and also for telling me to call you Shelly and not Dr. (like some of the other docs requested - lol. and how pretentious!) I really loved Shelly's bed-side manner! She's is the best! CONS- I called recently in hoping to speak with one of the "Nurses" on call. Mosaic deters this and only allows their "receptionist" to take messages. (Huhh??? this was odd!) I told the receptionist that I work all day and I'm not available and to leave a detailed message with an answer - EITHER YES... they can get me a preventative med (such as ciporal) to take with me on a WORK TRIP to MEXICO to prevent from getting sick. No one called me back, so I kept calling in hopes of speaking to a nurse! It took a nurse over a week to call me back and she did not leave a detailed message (only said - "hi this is Mosaic - call us") UHHH! Yea, I'll call you at 11pm when Im dont working sweetheart! What part of "I work all day- please leave a detailed message with a yes or no" do they NOT UNDERSTAND??? This is a huge communication FAILURE at Mosaic! I played phone tag with them for another week - only to get a big fat NO. They told me not to drink the water in Mexico and take Pepto. WHAT A JOKE - These people are DENSE! Ive been living and working between the US and Mexico for 25 years - I know enough not to drink the water!!! (These people are unbelievable!) I have no control over how my food is prepared at a restaurant - such as the staff washing my salad leaves with bacteria ridden tap water instead of purified...or putting ice cubes in my drink with water made from the tap vs purified. (FYI FOLKS ~ Its 97 in Mexico plus 100% humidity - YES Im going to request ICE AMIGOS!!!) You have no way of knowing what anyone does with your food - including if a waiter doesnt wash their hands and perhaps touches your plate, utensils or food - This is WHY I requested the ciporal. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!!!! DO THEY SPEAK ENGLISH AT MOSIAC!? The staff at Mosaic advised me to see a Dr. in Mexico if I get sick... After I informed them - once a person contracts "FOOD poisoning" its TOO DAMN LATE!!! Thats like saying- Its going to rain, maybe you should take an umbrella! NFW! Anyone that has contracted food poisoning knows how horrible and grueling it is!!! (especially when your laying on the bath room floor, sicker than a dog at 3am!!! come on people- back me up on this!!!) NO... I'm not going to be able to sit up much less stroll down to the local clinic and sashay around town! UHH! The individuals I spoke with at Mosaic obviously do NOT travel! I'm sure they never experienced any kind of food poisoning! I'd like to know agile & swift they would be in a "VIOLENTLY ILL" situation with vomiting and diarrhea...??? ITS NO PARTY MY FRIENDS! Yes, there are tons of Pharmacies in Mexico with Drs on call - they charge about $10 to see a Dr. + meds (about $3 dollars US) but thats not the point!! The point is... ONCE YOU ARE SICK - ITS TOOOO LATEEEEE!!!!! I can't believe the highly educated staff at Mosaic don't GET IT!!! UNREAL!!! As much as I really like Dr. Shelly - I do not feel the "rest of the staff" at Mosaic is - "in the know" or really care for that matter. They are very LAX on the phone, they deter clients from speaking with a nursing staff, they do not call back in a timely manner, they do not leave detailed messages, they are POOR communicators! Looks like I need to find a new healthcare provider! Heck- at Least Mexico offers UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE AMIGOS! - Hope you have better luck - Namaste Wisconsinites!

I went to the doctor because i was sick. Hoping the doc would help, i was wrong. They gave me a covid test and sent me on my way. Nothing more! The test was negative and they said theres nothing they could do, that i would have to wait it out. It was a very, very hard few weeks but i eventually got better. Well now im sick again and there is NO WAY IN HELL i will go back to these quacks! They wont even look at me or listen to my breathing or give me any medication. Im not going back for a $245.80 covid test!! I would rate them negative stars if i could. I feel like i got robbed.

I have a rare genetic disease that has caused me debilitating issues for the past 15 years. Not only are they up to speed on my rare condition, but they have given me answers that I've been unable to get anywhere else. I have been going to doctors from all specialties for years and they cant diagnose the major issues I have with clear evidence of it. Dr. Lawton and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable! They gave me hope when all I had was pain and despair. I had all but given up, especially on doctors, but they have restored my faith and have me on the right track to be able to function as best as I can. Wish I could give them more stars! Thanks, Dr. Lawton and staff!
