Overall the worst purchasing experience ever! I had to call this company two times to find out when the balance of my order would ship as I received only six of the twenty two product pieces ordered. Each time I called, I waited on hold between 29 minutes to an hour. When I did finally get through to a representative I was told that my order was coming from multiple warehouse facilities and that customer service had no way of knowing if or when the balance of my order would be shipped. Weeks when I received another partial shipment. A few days after that I received an email from Fleet Farm advising that they were canceling the balance of my order due to lack of inventory. Since the order was incomplete I had no choice but to return what I did receive. After waiting 29 minutes on hold, the customer service representative said she'd send an return label but never did. Six days later, I called again and had to wait another 59 minutes to get hold of a CSR. She advised that there was no record of a return label being issued. Thankfully she took care of it as I waited on the telephone until I received her email with the return labels. Can you imagine : A company that has its customers waiting an hour hold. A company that has such a poor inventory management system. A company that has such poorly trained Customer Service Reps. A company that has so few representatives. This is an awful run company and I'll never purchase from them again.
