Accel Auto and Truck Repair, LLC

Broke down on the Wrightstown scale. Wasn't getting fuel. Was referred to Accel by Female towing, also they were at the top of the list that a cops had at the scale house. Gary, who I thought was the owner, is a night dispatcher who sits at home and has access to several companies. He said HIS GUY would be out in an hour. 5 hours later some kid showed up took the main filter out and tried to get it going. No dice. Gary tells me that they can tow it to Accel. I broke down at 4PM. The tow truck guy was just helping them out. He was left with pretty much a bare tow truck. Didn't even have the tools to disconnect my drive shaft. Didn't have a flashlight. Was towed back to Accel and told that they'd be on it first thing in the AM. Didn't get back to their yard until 1AM. Woke up and they didn't even know what my truck was doing there. Was told by their mechanic that they don't do any truck repair. Called Truck Country in Kaukauna. Had it towed there. Was down for 8 days. Was charged for 3 tows. Freightliner was fine. But Accell towed my empty van trailer to some other yard, 16 miles away in Neenah. Accel is an Auto repair shop, and they do towing. Don't bother calling them for big truck repairs. I wouldn't call them to even tow my truck. I'm born and raised in Wisconsin. If you want to jam it to out of state people, I guess, but WOW!! Stay the hell away from whoever they claim to be. Just awful.
