Itâ€™s Packer season and we lost our signal! I called Robert on Monday and he was at our house in the Harrison Hills on Wednesday! Old antenna down, new antenna installed and adjusted in a couple of hours! Thanks for the great service!

Great service and very kind people to work with. They installed my Starlink. And when I was having issues with the signal, they came back and helped figure out improvements. I highly recommend them. Great to work with!

Quick to reply about antenna and come to our place. Had sent a picture of existing antenna s on tower, but didn't inform us that he wouldn't use tower. Told us how much better his antenna would receive channels over our old antenna. His solution was pricey and we were surprised he wanted to do now. Seemed a bit pressured, but decided to go forward due to his confidence. Final product had less channels than old antenna, he blamed metals in ground. Additional $350 to possibly improve reception. Decided not to throw more $$ thier possible solution.
Reconnected old antenna with booster. Lesson learned, stay away from this company.
