Stems From the Heart

I have mixed feelings about this business. The staff I talked to seemed friendly enough; however, I was ordering from out of town for delivery to someone else and as such requested a picture of the arrangement I ordered. This is the only way I had to verify the quality of the product I purchased. The business never sent me a picture. Over a week later after I followed up, they responded that the arrangement had already been delivered and it was too late. How am I supposed to verify that I got what I paid for? How am I supposed to assess whether I want to be a repeat customer? I suppose the subpar service I received is an indicator.

Definitely worthy of 5 stars. A beautiful bouquet was delivered for a friend's birthday. She sent me a photo of the arrangement when she received them and another photo today. 10 days older and the flowers still look fabulous. Excellent service, beautiful flowers, and reasonable prices. This is so important when you don't live in the community. Another reason to use local, small businesses.

I've always had great luck with this florist! Once (and only once in 6 years) I had a mixed bouquet in which the roses died after a few days and they replaced them immediately. GREAT customer service, glad they're in my town. Highly recommend.
