I would not recommend this attorney whatsoever! We had to switch attorneys in the middle of our case because of the incompetence and unprofessionalism demonstrated by this law office. We are much more satisfied with our new attorney and are relieved that we are being treated like people, not numbers! These unacceptable qualities had nothing to do with Covid-19, it is their personalities. They are only concerned about the money they get, not you! We were warned before hiring them, but didn't listen! Hopefully they grow a conscience some day and realize how they treat people is immoral and cold-hearted!

I reached out to Mr Erspmer on a recommendation from a friend. I called his office about my situation with an SSDI case and an attorney I parted ways with and I was looking to retain his services for said case. I spoke to the receptionist and set up a time to meet and discuss the case. I am homebound due to disability and don't drive, I am flat broke, I arraigned a ride with a local non profit and made the 50.8 mile one way trip. I got there and had what was less than a five minute meeting and found out he had some misinformation and he told me I am retiring soon and your case would take longer than I plan on practicing! He wished me the best and sent me on my way... If his receptionist had told me he was retiring I would have never traveled 100 miles round trip in poor weather and would have looked elsewhere. The communication between office staff and attorney is somewhat questionable. UPDATE Below is a response to my review. I am happy to se a response yet one question remains? Response from the owner a week ago I'm truly sorry I couldn't help in this case. Claims like this can take many months to complete. Retirement is a consideration in the next year. We are always willing to allow telephone interviews for clients who otherwise need to travel a distance to see us. Sorry we couldn't help, but best wishes for a successful outcome to your case! Why was I not offered a phone consult as I had relayed the information about my location, my not being able to drive and difficulty walking? If anything I hope my review has made people review the intake and information gathering process. I would like to thank the law firm for there response and there time.
