No knowledge of the products they sell!!!!!!!!!!!!
You better have every model # --serial#--- of the crapsman products they sell or they don't know without looking it up on the computer.
NEVER EVER GOING BACK..... GO ELSEWHERE... SHOP ONLINE IF YOU HAVE TO FIND A PART. THE WEBSITE IS SMARTER THAN EMPLOYEES AND OWNER.
BTW... Prices are cheaper online!!!!!!!
VERY VERY POOR.
STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU NEED FRUSTRATION IN YOUR LIFE!!!
