I recently moved to this neighborhood, so instead of going across the river I brought a new prescription here. After 3 visits I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I sat at the drive through window for over ten minutes was not waited on or even acknowledged. The lady who waited on me (pharmacy tech I am assuming) was so rude and short with me. When I asked if it could be filled while I wait she actually rolled her eyes and sighed then told me they were very busy. On another visit I was getting my pain medication filled. The doctor had written on it that it was not to be filled for 3 days. I didn't notice it said that because I had never gotten the rx early before but I was leaving to go out of town. The lady slams the drawer and slams it back open tells me they can't fill it, then mumbled under her breath something about "pill heads" I was so embarrassed. They also lost my insurance card then argued that there was no way they could have lost it. I highly suggest using the Kroger pharmacy up the street.
